Links should be underlined on micro.blog

Links in microblog posts aren’t underlined (which means they fail WCAG 2.1 AA 1.4.1) and their colour doesn’t sufficiently contrast with surrounding text. I’ve raised this on the help forum @help, but I’m happy to move it 🙂
